This restored farmhouse has a beautiful, sunny front porch, and an open concept living area, kitchen, and dining room. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and comfy seating to gather. As our largest rental, Sunnyside is perfect for anyone that wants a quiet country setting while having all the comforts of home. Ideally located to explore all of southern New Hampshire and Vermont.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There is a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher to make preparing meals easy. Off the kitchen is a large bedroom with a king bed. A spacious laundry room completes the first floor.

There are two bathrooms. One downstairs that has a bathtub and shower. The second bathroom is upstairs with a vanity and shower stall.

At the top of the stairs is the second bedroom with a queen bed. Walk-through this bedroom to reach the third bedroom. They are separated by a curtain for privacy. The third bedroom has two twin beds.
